1. Final Sale Policy: All our products are handmade with the utmost attention to quality. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Chocolate Melting: Due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, it can easily melt in certain weather conditions. Please ensure that your chocolates are stored properly after purchase.

3. Order Pickup: It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their orders on the agreed-upon date and time. While we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, all sales remain final.

4. Order Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to receive their order during the delivery window. Chōki Chocolatier is not responsible for packages that are stolen or chocolates that melt if left outside.
