At Chōki Chocolatier, we strive to provide the highest quality handmade chocolates and to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy in place. Please read the following policy carefully:

Returns

1. Perishable Goods:
   - All our chocolate products are perishable and handmade with love. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any chocolate products.
   
2. Non-Perishable Goods:
   - For any non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

1. Perishable Goods:
   - All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any chocolate products once they have been purchased.

2. Incorrect Items:
   - If you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the incorrect items and your order number to process a replacement or refund.

Chocolate Melting

- Chocolate is very sensitive to temperature changes. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for chocolate melting due to weather conditions.
- During warmer months, we highly recommend choosing expedited shipping to minimize the risk of melting.

Order Pick-Up

- It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order on the date and time agreed upon. While we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, all sales are final and non-refundable if orders are not picked up on the agreed date.

Deliveries

- It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive their order during the delivery time window. We are not responsible for packages left unattended, stolen, or melted due to being left outside.
